Ohio Auctioneers Honor Richard Troup as
Member of the Hall of Fame

Columbus, Ohio.....A crowd of auctioneers and guests turned out for the Ohio Auctioneers Association's Annual Convention, January 13-15, 2007 in Columbus, Ohio. At this convention, the organization bestowed its highest honor to one of its top auctioneers. The "Hall of Fame", comprised of only 30 auctioneers since its inception, inducted Richard E. Troup of Lancaster, Ohio on Sunday, January 14th during the annual "Hall of Fame" ceremony.

Rich Troup has been working as an auctioneer since 1984 and as a real estate broker since 1973. In his career as an auctioneer, Troup has served the Ohio Auctioneers Association as a director and as its president in 2002. Troup also served as a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Commission by appointment under the terms of two governors.

Troup and his sons, Ryan and Robert, sell real estate and personal property throughout Central Ohio and beyond, specializing in the sale of Farm, Residential and Commercial properties.
